Supervision Explained
What is supervision for?
Our supervision takes place in in a one to one supervision meeting three main purposes.
-
Bring a short recording of a role played or actual coaching session (with your client's permission) to evaluate, receive feedback and problem-solve.
-
Bring a particularly complex or difficult situation, perhaps one which you find triggering, to gain objectivity and fresh perspective. Reflect on whether you are operating within our ethical code and within your own boundaries in a safe and intimate space.

Receive support, fresh ideas, updating, suggestions and perspective from other coaches in the sober coaching niche and of course, your supervisor(s).
